The Roller Conveyors are used for in - house shop floor applications such as baggage handling, pallets handling , packets handling or any large discrete item to be conveyed from one workstation to other.

The system consists of series of small diameter rollers mounted on the conveyor frame with pitch decided as per the size of the job to be conveyed. The system can be gravity aided or motorized depending upon the application.

In a motorized roller conveyor system, sprocketed idlers are used to transmit power from one idler to the other and the system is driven by a motor of suitable size.The motorized systems are assemblies of many small conveyor tables.
